Four decades in the same market
Kinney's has been in business since 1983, working the Austin and Central Texas commercial market as the region grew from a mid-size city into one of the busiest construction markets in the country. Public permit history in the Austin area carries the company's name on commercial plumbing work going back to the 1990s.
The company operates out of Hutto, TX, which puts our crews, equipment and material within reach of jobsites across the metro and the surrounding Central Texas corridor.
Our work is commercial construction: ground-up buildings, tenant improvements, renovations and the underground utility infrastructure that serves them. We are a subcontractor to general contractors — that is the business we are built around, and the reason repeat GCs keep us on their bid lists.
